Now that you have requested your sKash Mastercard, you just need to validate your account to receive your card & start saving on all your purchases.
How to validate your account?
If you are a Cypriot
1- Scan your Proof of Address (choose one of the below)
- Utility Bill (landline, electricity, water, gas)
- Rental Agreement
- Property Deed
- Any other official document showing your address
2- Proceed with a video call with one of our operators. Be present at the address linked to your account & Proof Of Address.
⚠ Make sure your location services are turned on, on your phone.
3- After your validation is completed, you will receive a notification & you can start using your virtual card while waiting for your physical card to arrive. Address

What is a Proof of Residence?
A proof of address is an official document showing your home address. It can be one of the below:
- Utility Bill (landline, electricity, water, gas)
- Rental Agreement
- Property Deed
- Any other official document showing your address
You don't have a Proof Of Address with your name on it?
Here’s what you can do:
- If you live with your parents: Upload a picture of the Proof Of Address under your parents’ names next to their IDs.
- If the Proof Of Address is under your spouse’s name: Upload a picture of the Proof Of Residence under your spouse’s names next to your marriage certificate.
