Validate your account

The validation process is a mandatory requirement by the central bank of Cyprus.  
But we made it super easy for you. 

Now that you have requested your sKash Mastercard, you just need to validate your account to receive your card & start saving on all your purchases.  

How to validate your account?

If you are a Cypriot

1- Scan your Proof of Residence (choose one of the below) 

    • Utility Bill (landline, electricity, water, gas) 
    • Rental Agreement  
    • Property Deed  
    • Any other official document showing your address

2- Proceed with a video call with one of our operators. Be present at the address linked to your account & Proof Of Residence. 

Make sure your location services are turned on, on your phone. 

3- After your validation is completed, you will receive a notification & you can start using your virtual card while waiting for your physical card to arrive.  

How to validate your account?

What is a Proof of Residence?

A proof of residence is an official document showing your home address. It can be one of the below:  

    • Utility Bill (landline, electricity, water, gas) 
    • Rental Agreement  
    • Property Deed  
    • Any other official document showing your address 

You don't have a Proof Of Residence with your name on it?

Here’s what you can do:  

    • If you live with your parents: Upload a picture of the Proof Of Residence under your parents’ names next to their IDs. 
    • If the Proof Of Residence is under your spouse’s name: Upload a picture of the Proof Of Residence under your spouse’s names next to your marriage certificate.
